Every restoration that leaves our facility is designed, milled, finished and quality-checked in-house — built on the same structured, engineering-grade discipline our founder brought from precision automotive manufacturing.

"I didn't want to build another design studio. I wanted to bring the manufacturing discipline I learned building precision automotive parts into dentistry — where fit and tolerance matter just as much."
YES Dental Labs was founded by Dr.-Ing. Gagan Syal, who holds Master's and Doctoral degrees in engineering from Germany and spent over a decade in precision manufacturing at Mercedes-Benz. That background — structured processes, tight tolerances, systematic quality control — isn't common in dental labs, most of which are built around design software and outsourced milling. YES Dental Labs was built the other way around: as a manufacturing operation first, with digital dentistry as the input, not the whole product.

A dedicated in-house setup for every stage of the restoration — nothing sent to a third-party milling center.

Submitted scans and impressions are reviewed against the prescription before design begins.

CAD workstations running 3Shape and exocad for crown, bridge, implant and full-arch design.

Dedicated milling units for zirconia, PMMA and glass-ceramic restorations.

Controlled sintering, layering and hand-finishing stations for shade, contour and surface texture.

Dedicated inspection station checking fit, margins, occlusion and shade before dispatch. —

Branded, protective packaging built for Pan-India courier delivery without transit damage.
The same five stages shown on our homepage, in more technical depth.
Scan files, impressions and prescription are logged against a unique case ID and checked for completeness before design begins.
Our designers build the restoration in 3Shape or exocad, matching your prescribed margins, contact points and occlusal scheme.
Shade, margin and contour are cross-checked against the prescription — flagged back to you if anything needs clarification before manufacturing starts.
The design is milled from the specified material, then sintered, layered and hand-finished to the prescribed shade and surface texture.
Every restoration is inspected for fit, margin integrity, shade match and occlusion before it's cleared for dispatch
Protective packaging and courier dispatch, with tracking shared to your clinic. Standard cases in 48–72 hours. Urgent cases in 24 hours.
Badges are easy to display — here's what each one actually certifies about how this lab operates.
Certifies a documented, consistently applied quality management system across design, manufacturing and QC — not a one-time inspection.
If a restoration does not meet the agreed specifications, we will review the case and provide a remake in accordance with our remake policy.
Our technicians and designers are trained on structured, German-influenced production processes rather than ad-hoc workflows confirm
Patient scan files, prescriptions and case information are handled securely and accessed only by team members involved in the design, manufacturing and quality-control process.
YES Dental Labs maintains documented quality-management processes and follows applicable business and regulatory requirements for the manufacture and delivery of dental restorations.
